Your personal data will be kept for as long as the project continues to be implemented.

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you provide by accepting the data-processing clause.

Who will your personal data be communicated to?

Data will not be handed over to third parties, except where legally required. Any intention to do that would require authorisation from the individuals concerned beforehand.

What are your rights regarding your personal data?

You may exercise your right to access your personal data as well as request the correction of anything inaccurate and, where necessary, the deletion of data no longer required for the purposes they were originally collected for. You may also request to have your data restricted, portable or challenged and for reasons relating to your particular situation.

You are likewise entitled to revoke your consent at any time without that retroactively affecting the processing of your personal data carried out until then.

You may exercise your rights referred to above, under the terms and conditions provided for in the current legislation in force, in accordance with the provisions set out in www.bcn.cat/ajuntament/protecciodades

Should you not receive a satisfactory response and wish to lodge a complaint or obtain further information on any of these rights, the competent supervisory authority for reporting / investigating Barcelona City Council’s activity is the Catalan Data Protection Authority. What security measures have been implemented by the entity?

Barcelona City Council informs you that it has established the necessary technical and organisational measures for ensuring the security of your personal data and preventing their unauthorised alternation, loss, processing and/or access, according to the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks they are exposed to, whether from human action or the physical and natural environment, in accordance with the provisions set out in the current regulations in force.

The iBATHWATER project has profiles on Twitter for the purposes of publishing and disseminating information on the services provided through its website, interacting with users and serving as a channel for assistance and social interaction. All personal data are pseudonymised, where appropriate.
